Hi There, I have started up a website, for me and my friends only...
Too access the site and to view any material on it, you must be a member.
however some material may be offensive to people however I will be deleting anything I think is too offensice or not right to have on the site but I want to know, where I could find information on what I am and am not allowed on the site? such as material wise? Pictures videos or discussions in the forums?
And lastly is there any thing I should have up in terms of a disclaimer for the site? when members sign up?
(terms and conditions?)

Hope this is helpful.

Thanks alot.

Richard

If you dont want to have problems later on, then always have a disclaimer on your site.

Try look at what these have wroted, they had legal problems before, but it seems they have solved this:

find out where the server is located and look up the laws from where that is and where you are from that should help you write your disclaimer
