Is anyone else investing in .lease domain assets?
I was not able to find a showcase & discussion thread on this extension, so I figured I would start one after doing the following 3-Letter-Word .Lease evaluation, that peeked my interest in the extension.
Take a look at some the foot notes and takeaway. If you own any .lease domains, you might find this interesting.

Asset Type:
Short (6-Letters or less) / Dictionary-Word / Unicorn
Note: Unfortunately, your asset does not work as a fluid hack since the two words don't jive together (E.g. buying and leasing are not the same). However, this could go in a creative direction.
**********.com - Does not resolve and looks like it's owned by a ***********.com. They may be building a buy or lease program separate from their main auto sales site.
Note: That's about it. It's sporadic and not consistent, but gives an idea.
Full Evaluation - VIP/Gold OnlyOpinion: There is only one reported sale for the .lease extension on NameBio. That's not good news. It means the extension itself has no liquidity in today's market.
A hobbyist could start an affiliate Pay-Per-Lead white-label turnkey business, but their profit margin would be in the red for at least 6 to 12 months.
A dealer could start a buy or lease program separate from their main dealership site like ******** might be doing. As a matter of fact, you could leverage that information we found and approach all the competing dealerships on the same street as a ******* location (They have 4) and share the information about what **** is doing with ***Lease.com. This may assist in stimulating a sale for your asset to their competitor, who wants to beat them to the punch. This is probably going to be your needle in a haystack unicorn. I'll explain more about what a unicorn end-user is in the breakdown below.
The hard part is identifying the potential end-user, gathering more research on their specific niche, formulating a presentation, negotiating, and closing.
Your asset does have a little reseller liquidity, you will still have to do a lot of leg-work to find the right buyer and apply the hard parts I also mentioned above, which in most cases, investors fail at.
Share your .Lease domains and discuss their future
