Large Sports Site

I have an old site I havent done much with lately at sportslogs.com . The main page is just basically an ad page right now. In the site it consists of a blog for each MLB, NBA, NFL and NHL team. Like this:

Obviously the design is pretty crappy. The site does use wordpress and I would like to keep it that way for each content management. However, I do not want it to look like a wordpress site. I want it to look like an actual resource site with a blog built around other things, most feeds if possible of stats, and news and other things. Maybe even have those things managable from the wordpress control panel.

What am I looking for? Something to the effect of this:
nflspot.com/ Homepage
broncos.nflspot.com/
jaguars.nflspot.com/

I want them all to be CSS like those ones with the teams colors. Take a look at the left of the team pages. if just that section was for the bloggers with it showing the latest article..and then a newsfeed for the last ones..it would be good. But I am very open to it.

I would PREFER wordpress as they are all already installed but if you got a better idea I am willing to listen. The key is I DO want bloggers on the sites, and people to be able to login and change stuff.

Please note that I want EVERYTHING DONE by the same person/company.

I want the designs, complete with CSS for all of the teams.

I want feeds created for them all for standings, team articles, sport articles and possibly stats if it's possible.

I want it all integrated with some type of CMS..hopefully wordpress which is already installed in all of the subdomains.

I want a nice Poll.

I want when somebody types a name of a team anywhere in the site..it creates a link to the actual teams site.

I want a built in spot for a media video.

Just those types of things...I want on this site. I want the whole package here..nothing half as.

1. Portfolio Link
2. Cost (please don't beat around the bush..if you want the job give me a set cost so I can review it)
