I'm selling a large bittorrent indexing site with 48k - 50k unique visitors per day and growing, im not only selling the domain, but selling the whole website (contents), already 100k+ torrent in database, website is fully automated managed and admin shouldn't bother modifying anything in the website, The torrents are added to the website's database through an intelligent system which i built (will explain furthur to the buyer) ...

First off, as you've just mentioned, your revenue is $1300 a month, it would take us 153 months to make all that money back, where the general rule is 10-12 months. Secondly, it is an illegal site. These bittorrents are not legal, and that just not only drops the value of the site extensively, but puts a risk in the buyer's hand.

Your site is worth anywhere from 5K to 10K. You'd be lucky to get 10K from somebody that wouldn't care about running an illegal site.
