Need a website built

Looking for a web developer to build some website's. The website's will built around a niche keywords. The website needs to be seo optimized.

The website will be set up to run on autopilot. With automatically updated “fresh” content and product information. The website need to be Automated & Maintenance Free tageted at the end user.

The website will have forms of income from Clickbank products, adsense and Amazon products.


Website needs to have a admin area where all the details can be changed.
I want to be able to change it to different keywords.
Change the adsense and amazon codes.
This will be a template so that I can change it to different keywords.


Website format can be in html and php. Using Mysql Database.
