Label Design Contest $40 Smart Choice Fine Foods

Hello, I need a label design for use on website and packaging. I have attached a previous label and now have a new name so I am looking for something similar. I have included some photos for background image from bigstockphoto. I need royalty free images or if you use the ones I provide samples of I can later purchase and ask that you then add the non water marked photo in place of sample.

The previous contest winner of the logo is invited and did a great job on the new logo. I will need scalable vector original artwork.

I would like to have this completed as soon as possible. Lets end the contest on Friday Jan. 6th 2012.
Size is 4"wide x 6"high with 1/8inch radius corners.

Please keep in mind the label size. I posted it late, 4" w x 6" h.
The net weight line reads: Net Wt. 2.8 oz (79 g)

thanks for the size update, I didnt even notice the edit on the 3rd. I'll try and get something together later. it's just past 1am on the 6th now, so I'm off to bed, but I'll try to get a concept in to preview later in the afternoon.
