I was offered $250 on one of my L-L-Ls a couple of days ago. Countered with a fair end-user price, still waiting to hear back...

They went within a day i think actually.
We're sub 3.5k now, exciting times. Still lots of good domains, 2 premium letters as the l;ast two letters is what you should look for imo.

I'm gonna be bold, all gone in a week.
Then we'll all be paying xxx on snap, instead of $7 lol

I had 2 offers this week for my L-L-L's but Im in no hurry to sell any of my L-L-L's **except to endusers :).

i-h-k com -Hong Kong
i-u-s com -United states

ALso speaking of Q's (above) I really like my Q-U-I com -google results- Results 1 - 10 of about 200,000,000 for qui.

So theres plenty of offers, remember one rule for L-L-L.com they are a cheap alternative
to LLL.com so if your selling a L-L-L.com to a end user then sell it for $500 to $5000
but not a doller more.

Do we all agree on this ? of course if they offer you more then go for it.

Dont go crazy with your prices, take the bull by the horns and work it out.

Agreed, I think that goes for the whole domain industry- don't be greedy. As they say in stocks- "Bulls make money, bears make money, but pigs get slaughtered".

I cant stop myself regging either as this is such a great opportunity.

have been so tempted to nail 1k of them .
$7k per annum, ok, but that only buys an average .com these days. oh well.

BTW, you must be chuffed with Q-A-U.com ?

when i see it, first thing i see is Queensland Australia!!! And thats from whingeing Pom

:hehe:

Thanks for the comments Arnie

Yeah, I was very happy with Q-A-U as I live in Queensland, Australia and that is what I thought of immediately. It's great to see that it's not just me creating that thought with my imagination and that it means something to others also, (even a POM) :hehe:

These are exciting times for the L-L-L.com market and the whole domain industry in general I think.

I agree -- the counter I came back with on the offer I got was about midway in your range. It was via Sedo, and although I haven't heard back, at least they haven't cancelled the negotiations yet.

It costs the $20 per year fee to join Afternic as a seller and then you can choose which domains you want on the expanded promotion. Any that are sold as an expanded promotion will cost you 20% in sales commission instead of the regular 10%

eg. you might list T-B-U.com as an expanded promotion for $1500 and X-G-Q as a regular listing for $600. If both sell you will pay 20% commission on T-B-U.com which equals $300 and 10% commission on X-G-Q.com which equals $60.

I hope I have explained it OK.
