p-i-e.com sold for $4,000

Was going through my domains and found this one I forgot I had (although not a .com but still a L-L-L). Sorta fits the extension well I think.

I noticed something on this thread that mentioned l-l-l.tv's and found out that there are quite a few good word combos left. I think these might be pretty good considering that these three letter words without the "-" are premium regs and still come up with the same google search results.

one example i found was f-l-y.tv (not bad for 9.99 at gd) available at time of post.

any thoughts?

they r good investments, i have no doubt... long-term investment
in this case, as LLL.tv r premium regs i think this will cause a quick reg of

That's one of the many reasons I love domaining. So many different thoughts and no one is right or wrong at this stage. Speculation at it's finest moment!

I would agree with you as long as you're talking about parking sites and relying on type in traffic. BUT, for those who choose to develop, I would rather have g-a-s.mobi as a site listing lowest local gas prices than g-k-w.com or any other random.com. I can't help but think of the positive side of SE's for developed sites like this. And I would think that these real 3 letter hyphenated words in most popular extensions will dry up really fast. :imho: Yes, com is and will be king, but how different will SE's see them if developed?

I agree, but yesterday I took a look around and registered these -- I intend to develop the .TVs and the .mobi...
