I know that this is a .us Domain (USA) but does this GEO domain has any value?

I am a big fan of .US domains, and specifically GEO .US domains, however foreign locations like this one makes little sense in .US

I agree with Brad.
There is probably some value there beyond reg (maybe?) but foreign geo on a .us ccTLD is just bizarre, counter intuitive and kinda dumb. The only use I can forsee for names like this is for US based travel agents who specialize in tours to (foreign-geo-keyword), but that's a damn small niche and even then, the whole EuropeanName.UStld is kinda weird.

I know you are a big fans of .us domains. I have acquired REFINANCELOANS.US, and want to know what do you think of its value. All other extensions are taken.

And I have another domain soon to be on an auction - BuyProperty.us. What price do you think will it seek?
I have put it with no reserve. I think I made a big mistake on this one.
