Picked up this domain to possibly run a niche site on visa types/costs etc by country/destination. Any ideas on value of resale to end users?

Visas.ca sold for $2,698 in 2006. Semrush reports 2.9K US monthly searches for the term. On the other hand, the extension .me is not as valuable as .ca, except for some specific cases (premium verbs and name hacks). This name could increase in value if developed. As it is I would say high $xx to low $xxx.
