Reason for Selling:

I have another webmaster directory (http://www.webmasters-cavern.com/dir/ which resides on my main site and this acts as a "competiting" url.

So, In order to concentrate on the main site, i am looking to get a new home for this.


Conditions:

No listings to be removed (including both featured and regular listings).
No "nofollow" attributes will be added to any listings.
No dumping of the database.

I am in no hurry to sell this if i dont get a decent price.

BIN set @ $400, but i am open to offers.

I'm just curious...maybe you can clarify.... going by time stamps yesterday @ 8:10am you said BID was at $85

Then at 9:22am(yesterday) you said you received a (ghost) BID of $110 via PM

Yet your pic of the PM screenshot shows a time stamp of 2:21pm(assuming yesterday)

Did I loose track of time there....because the time stamps dont make any sense..

Correct me if I am wrong...unless you arent in the US , I'm interested in your site but bids by PM tend to ward of other bidders

the reason is because of my Time Zone settings.

Mine is set to GMT

so, the time i see is based on this.

so as per 221pm (GMT) i received the bid for which i have posted the screen.

your settings might be different if you have changed the Time Zone settings.
