"bio" has 201,000,000 Google results

"bío" has 2,180,000 Google Results

Since those weren't the same, I decided to check the others listed above:

"grafík" has 314,000 Google Results, compared to
"grafik" with 85,200,000 Google Results.

"musìk" has 123 Google Results, compared to
"musik" with 314,000,000 Google Results.

"spíele" has 606 Google Results, compared to
"spiele" with 128,000,000 Google Results.

"profí" has 2,230 Google Results, compared to
"profi" with 49,500,000 Google Results.

We both know that doesn't really matter, as these are not "German words," but just to be complete, below are the results from the German search engine - Google.de. Obviously huge differences in results.

"bío" has 2,110,000 Google.de Results, compared to
"bio" with 259,000,000 Google.de Results.

"grafík" has 309,000 Google.de Results, compared to
"grafik" with 77,800,000 Google.de Results.

"musìk" has 121 Google.de Results, compared to
"musik" with 274,000,000 Google.de Results.

"spíele" has 604 Google.de Results, compared to
"spiele" with 111,000,000 Google.de Results.

"profí" has 2,140 Google.de Results, compared to
