I got my last name as a dot TV, I wanted the dot com years ago but a store bought it 4 months before I could, so nah-nah mister big store - I GOT THE DOT TV -and I am glad because DOT TV is booming!!

I'm really confused (not for the 1st time)

I personally don't think it is a great site at all, glad to see the site getting more eyes on .tv but to me it's pretty basic.
We all like different type of sites though i guess, PeteTong.tv is not my type of site at all.

I dont doubt he will get 1000's of hits, never said that would be an issue.
I agree it is good news for .Tv to have another high profile site, i love to see any new .Tv that is done to a certain level like this one.

I just dont think it is one of the better .Tv sites i've seen in 2008, just a decent but ordinary site. IMHO

thats good ...like i always said in 10 years time tv will be in a good place in the internet still very low in the rank of other ext thanks to sites and petetong.tv
my son was in london and pete tong was plastered all over a london bus
and said to me "hey dad that tv your always going on about has petetong.tv"

tv needs needs celebrities and we have had a few this year ..

Hull's your getting the wrong end of the stick here, i fully agree with you about the site being good news for .Tv & do think that having celebrities using .Tv can only help gain greater public recognition.

Only thing i did not agree on is how good the site is but that's not too important, i was just trying to point out that in MY opinion it's not a very good site & i've seen 100's better in 2008.

Another reason i don't like the site too much is due to fact i HATE dance music & all these superstar DJ's, drives me mad (i must be getting old) :bah:

but i am getting there!when i do learn more i will take our ukswingers site down what is getting lots of hits and emails,and build something better.


business spend £1000s to get celebrities on board to sell there product yet dot tv get them for free ,cant be bad

michalparkinson was on humberside radio pushing his website and book only last monday...

How is your traffic with Cottingham.tv now, are you finding that your getting higher up in the search engines now after the early problems you had.

i do not get a high ranking on google no but i am working on this and maybe it has something to do with the age of the site..but i just learning it will come.

most shops in the village have posters about my site these who have done this i will give them a free advert when i have time.

in my little way iam just makeing people aware of dot tv...

when the times right i will get a developer to work on one of my geos,ill see how tv goes over the next few years

maybe more people know about dot tv in cottingham then in hull... :blink:
