Just witnessed a police fishtail

Heh, this was cool... I'm coming home from a movie and on a rather "little traffic" highway, a red truck passes us at about 65 MPH when the speed limit is 50. I'm like "Oh, he's going kind of fast."

So then a little later on, we notice a car make a U-Turn from the opposing direction ACROSS the median, fishtailing almost (practically perpendicular to the road at one point), we brake, he speeds up, and we see flashing red and blues go on.

So after about 3 seconds I remember I have a video camera sitting next to me, ready to record ... grrr I'm an idiot! I could have recorded everything from coming out of the fishtail to until we pass him, but all I had time to get was us passing them pulled over

Oh well. It was cool.

Yeah whenever I see police they're always stopped...I never see awesome chases or w/e

i saw a chase go down my road and round the corner and the cop spun!!
a31 cefiro (known car for drift projects) with what sounded like an rb25det engine in it
came screaming down the hill with cop right on its tail the cefiro started drifting it round the corner and the cop tried to do the same as its a good drift corner.. and the cop span out! which made my day...

thats the only exciting chase i have seen

If you live in a cool metro area and are old enough go down to the local PD and sign up for a ride along. I used to do them all the time when I was thinking of becoming a COP ($10NP to the first person who can tell me what that stands for!) and got to see some cool stuff.

lol my car is always fishtailing on the country lanes round here my tires are almost completely bald, the nolvety wears off after a while

That is cool. A cop did a u on my friend and we were going 22 over past the cop shop, lol. He did the fastest u I have seen and then he chased us threw an intersection because we didn't know where to stop. He thought we were trying to outrun him, lol. It was my friends first ticket.
