Do you feel sad when you sell one of your fav names. I just sold GoFindYourself.com - a fav hand regged of mine. (just $150) but I needed to trim the old folio...

I guess:

"If you feel bad after a domain sale - you just didnt price it high enough" - The Domain Shakespeare

Anyway I have the blues a little. I had a connection with that name but oh well sweet child. It went across the pond too. I wish you grow up big and beautiful... See you out there.

Dear friends, Cheer me up willya...

Take your $150 and buy a domain you've always wanted, but didn't have the extra $150 to spend. Anyway you look at it: $150 - (reg fee) = very good profit

Hey Fleege..

I just sold one for $10 (my first) so I understand. I figured I had to take the first baby step, trim things down. I guess its part of this domain biz the letting go, finding something..a treasure perhaps. There are some I have that I dont think I could let go of. But then again...my financial situation is so precarious who knows. :tri:

I try to remind myself when one door closes another one opens...so heres hoping you find that gem;)

I've never had regret over the ones I've sold, but I know that I'm holding on to names that I should sell. I think it's kinda the same in that I wouldn't be happy selling them at this point, I WOULD have seller's remorse.

Just had to sell off one of my first sites because of cash flow, and that sure hurts. However, you have to look at your business in a harsh light: is the income going to help you? Then it was a good deal!
