I am not sure about the name if you were trying to sell it on but if you are developing then i guess its catchy & memorable.

I believe a NP member owns a Golf .tv site that sounds something like what you are planning to do, http://golflessons.tv/

I have owned a Golf domain for about 2 years now that i always planned to develop as a guide to UK Golf (Domain is UKGolfClub but i never got round to it, i have promised myself i will do it this year but im not so sure.

I think it would be best to develop this site, and open up the market a little, and to me it does not matter if there is already a golflessons.tv - even though we are doing something similar.
I dont think that Google backed down just because there was a Yahoo already - lol
