.tv Best or easiest way to build a .TV

I now own several of these and am curious how others suggest creating a .TV video type site ? I guess it would be easy to set up a video share site or a wordpress type site and host on youtube r vimeo or amazon.

You need to develop a flash video player or use Adobe's default flash player component.

Do do this you need CS5.
