I own the following domain parked at Sedo: businesscommunicationsearch.com

I received the lowest bid offer set for the domain: $60

Domain has received 418 unique views this month.

Domain received 3 clicks at sedoparking free mode for this month earning $1.02

What is the worth? Should I accept the offer? Send to auction? Willing to offers here as well. This will be my first sale of any type so really relying on you guys to help out a n00b in the biz. Cheers.

Again thanks everyone greatly for input!

Do you need the money?
Seems like it wont lose value to hang onto it.

If you need payment then send it to auction.

Well As i said I'm just getting into the business so basically any domains I own I would accept amounts on them of higher than what I paid. Thats my strategy, continual sales with 0 losses. Think it will work?

Continual sales with 0 losses is a great strategy. It's 3 words and really long. I would send it to auction. Just my opinion

just wondering, can you send a name to auction on sedo without receiving a bid?

what a long name! and it gets traffic! quite nice. i think 60 is too small an offer. i'd counter with $150 and if they agree, sell.(i dunno how all that works now that its in the auction).

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing. I am new to this but from what I can tell you cant go to auction without an offer. I may be wrong so I would like some clarification on how the Sedo auction works.

No, in sedo you have to receive an offer. But in premium auctions you can add your domain to auction, if your name is premium enough :)

Best regards,

Basic on stats, you've provided here, i think is best to send it to auction.

With over 400 unique per month, i would consider $60 as a joke.

Good luck

Look at the Economics and the ROI ... You are making 10% per month ... and that is a straight 120% per annum ROI (forgetting the compounding - which makes it even better).
As a trade sale it is worth 3 to 4 times annual income = a bit less than the $60 which you have been offered.

If you securitized - means listing on the sharemarket (which you can't do coz the income is too low - so you need to bulk it up with other domain names) then you can make 10 to 20 times annual earnings - but pay the securitizer (some are reasonable and others complete sharks). But you know you will always get $60 based on current offer and traffic.

Question is then what will you do with the $60 ... reinvest into 6 new domains and repeat the process? In which case sell now and JUST DO IT!

Thanks everyone for the information, I'm learning a lot on what to expect for the next decent traffic domain I will have to offer for sale with stats which I'm guessing won't be too far away... =D

Isn't the sedo minimum fee $60 ?
So if no on bids it up the OP gets nothing?
Hope Im wrong.

When I received the bid Sedo said that my share of the $60 would be $54 so yeah... O.o

Sedo takes 10% of the selling price.

$54? They lied. There is a $50 minumum fee. All those $60 sales only produce $10.

But still. . .auction it.
