Joomla Header?

Im trying to change the header for this site www.edrinks.org and can't figure out how to do it through Joomla.
ANy body know how to do this in Joomla ? Any input would help me out

You can FTP to edrinks.org/templates/js_jamba/images/style2/header_bg.png <--replace this with the logo of your choice. hope this helps
