AdSense module for Joomla

I'm looking for an easy way to put adsense on my Joomla site and I downloaded a .zip file of a adsense module but don't know how to upload it to my Joomla server. Anyone know what I have to do?

You need to install it.

Goto administrator > installation > modules, upload the file and it's installed. You then need to select the module, choose the position and publish it for it to be visible at the front end of the website.

You could create a new module from the modules section and just paste your adsense code into that, will also work.
