I've seen tens "jaguar" branded things, clothes, energy drink, anti-theft system and many-many other. Why don't they have a trademark issue?

Perhaps an Affiliate Marketing scenario would work better if one were to build an information portal based on the Jaguar Vehicle. I doubt Jaguar would cry 'TM' when the site is promoting Jaguar and affiliated product, tyres, brake pads, rare spares for legacy models and so on. Even a second-hand listing of vintage Jags? I see all potential and almost zero TM conflict.
