I could not find any tm issue with xb1s but it is kind of obscure
What thoughts do you have about developing as a x box one site?
Are there trademark issues I am not aware of?
And is there any value at all.

i dont think there's any TM issues to be afraid of... yet there's a worse issue thou - the domain quality.. or its complete absence to be precise

i see no value. nor do i see it a viable name for development of any kind - you can reg better name for xbox site (or anything you want to develop) at any given moment excluding planned Godaddy downtimes

There is a trademark on XBOX ONE and if you develop it as xbox one there an argument there if Microsoft chose to use it, in my opinion.

Notice how xb1.com is not developed and not parked.

The s on your name holds it back though. Feels regfee Goodluck

S could be 'system' which might make it more appealing to MS to go after it once you 'develop' it
