It's been a long long road but the time has come - the $5000 zombie movie that plays like anything but.

I'm in the movie in a number of ways - from zombies to voice-overs.

Well thankfully the writer/producer/director is not a pot head because it would never have been finished! LOL

He slept four hours a day for about two years working on his film.

@ namenut - yes same woman. She's ah, nice on the eyes...

And horror movie fans might be excited to know Masters of Horror veteran Mike Fields did the special effects makeup and gore. He's also done the Fantastic Four, X-Men, Underworld, and more all the way back to the X-Files!

The first screeners went into the sales agent hands this afternoon and waiting to hear back from the festival circuit.

I'm not into zombies or weed but for a $5000 budget the preview looks damn good and after a few drinks I could see this as entertaining. :kickass:

Goal always was theatrical release, festival circuits and then global release and that's exactly where it's headed!

Official theatrical premiere is May 15 in Vancouver followed by showings at film festivals around the world. I'll get dates for those as they continue to confirm - Toronto, California and Indiana dates are pretty much wrapped up.

Next month or two should see how much theater release we get. If you are in Greater Vancouver would love to see you there - but don't wait too long - tickets are already on sale!
