Issue with dashed geo domain

Hello guys,

Got quite a good geo domain but it has dash in it but the non-dashed version is parked & im thinking of putting something up there.

But the question is... if he developes the nondashed domain(newyork.com), is it worth it the effort to develop the dashed domain(new-york.com)?

Assuming that you do have New-York then hell yes it is a good idea to develop, it is such an extremely strong geo-domain because of the actual city (possibly one of the strongest in the world) that you would probably be an idiot not to.

Google does not recognise hyphens itself so in time it will likely get more and more authority.

It is not like it is a two bit frontier town you are asking about is it?
