I don't necessarily think the bid is legit. Especially since most folks with 900K to spend are smart enough not to go for IDN. Either that, or we may get the first in a new type of cause of action

I thought so too, but do a Google search and you'll come up with alot of websites that have the "Â" character. I did a search and it appears that "Allah" is also spelled as "Allâh" (the IDN of this is also registered). Never heard of these spellings before, but it must be spelled in a different language.

Take look @ the bidding history pattern & timing! Only within 2 days 02/13 & 02/15 I never seen a bidding on ebay, that I remember, goes from $25 to US $986,697.63 in 2 days, especially when bying "domains" no matter how premium and top level, the domain is.

We'll see what happens after the end of theauction if not cancelled before!
