Is your Soccer Website earning well?

I have a soccer blog, but it's not earning well in Adsense, just less than 5$ a month. It has about 270 visits daily, or more than 6,000 visits a month.

Any experience running a soccer/football related site (blog,forums etc)?

How is the earning so far?

I owned a soccer forum at one point. The adsense profit just wasn't there. Built it, grew it, sold it to someone who tried to make money off of it as well and nothing came of it. Unless you're in Europe and using UK marketing plans, you're better off trying to find online store advertisers rather than adsense.

Hmmm....A friends of mine giving up Adsense and start promote affiliate programs ..

I realized Adsense is not good for a soccer site, the keywords of countries, cities and places in the articles would would mix up with travel and football.
