Is Uniteddomains.com reliable?

most of the domains which are not available at well know registrar are available at uniteddomains.com. I was registering one domain but it is asking for CC details straightaway.

Does anyone use it?
Is it reliable?

if a domain is NOT available at other registrars, then it is not available there.

they are probably going to charge you for a backorder, not an actual registration.

go to enom.com and enter the domain you want to register

if it's not available to register there, then it's not an available domain.

check whois.sc to see who owns it.

Do you mean that they are selling domain extensions that you can't find elsewhere or do you mean that they are selling specific domains that other registrars are telling you have already been registered by someone else?

I was registering one .com domain through uniteddomains.com but .com extension is not available for the name I was interested in but .org was available. It took me to checkout and then were asking me to pay for the domain.

Before deciding to pay, I thought about checking the same out at godaddy or name.com and found .ORG isn't available too !

I have some 50+ names there and as far as I know its owned by Sedo. Regarding your query about showing something that is not available most registrars have the problem, and if they cant register it they would issue a full refund.
