Hi
I need to put up some links on my website, which should expire within a given time. Is there a code for this? I searched google, but could not find anything. Maybe not using correct search words. If somebody has seen something like this, please let me know.
Thanks

You could do it with PHP dates. Like check the current date compared to the date you want it to be taken off. If the current date is passed the date you said, then do not show links?

Am I on the right lines?

Ya, I just tried looking, because that would be useful for me too, but I could not find anything. Sorry!

I would use the time() function. Are you going to be retrieving your links from a database? I can write one for you for some NP$.

Matt is correct. Try to play with date and time. Set an expiry date for the string, If the expiry date matches current date, disable this string...well, just overview. :D

HI
thanks all of you.
This is just a little text advertising I am doing on my site for a friend, which has to run for 2 months and then expire. I would like to use asp, as my site is asp based.
thanks
