is it possible with php that you can display the latitude and longitude of the computer you currently using?like it would use you ip address and pinpoint the location your at and then show you the latitude and longitude of where your at.if you know the code please post it below, it would be very helpful thanks

Do me a favor: Find a site that lists the Latitude/Longitude of a computer by IP address and then I'll help you :lol:

However, I have the feeling this may be illegal... tracing IP addresses down to the street address...?

i don't see why it is illegal to do, since its just telling you the lat. and long. of the pc your at, but maybe it is, i'll look around if i find anything i'll contact you

Yea, your probably right. It says I live in London (the other side of the world to where I live :P)... Must be just a random script. Hehe.

Well it's happened plenty of time to me, it has said I live in Calgary too. Really it's hard to be accurate.

well, it always gets it right on for me, so i dont know whats wrong, all the sites that i've found that give the lat. and long. are dead on for me and always show the exact same thing
