I want to build a web site for some of my "SMC" products I sell online. After I bought the name my wife mentioned it may be offensive.

The product is African art. Beautiful stuff I would gladly view as art and art alone. However I feel I should ask. If you don't mind ....here is the name.

Thank you for the input. Funny how the only argument I get is that I should just use the name with out relating it to "Africa" that I would have more range with a "Graphics" design like "KingDon" :wave: suggested.
I get lost on that concept because of the "ph" and "ff" only sounding the same. But several others favor it. Here are some suggestions I'm getting.

African Art
Advertising
Tribal Tattoos
Personals Ads (?...ok)
A few other rather creative too. :blink:

The problem with good ideas is that they are "good ideas" and then you have to consider them.

To some people it does. My sister works with a surveying company selling GPS grading equipment. You can plot your grades and the bucket will adjust to depths, levels and area. Her boss made the analogy to me regarding a maping and grading reference.

Of course I let the conversation end so as to not be a "cad" in a sister's office. I was surprised he said anything about it. Eigther he was being cordial or letting me know he reads my sisters work email
