Hey. Whats up?
Newbie here, without much experience in the domains front.

Today I received the following email, just wanted to know if you guys believe its a scam or if its legit.

------------------------------------------------

Hello!

I have a request from my buyer for purchasing MYDOMAIN.COM.

My client has six-figure budget for 63-65 domains. He invests in domains with good potential almost every month.

Please email me your desired price.

How can we transfer money to you (escrow, wire transfer or Western Union)?

I provide brokerage services for domain buyers and sellers. If you have more domains for sale please email me the list with prices.

Regards,

Robert Douglas, Ph. D.

Thanks!

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
Ask for their phone and ask if you can ring at dinner time to discuss .......their scam

I received few emails like that.

They will ask you to buy a domain certificate.

Then it's totally scam

Yes it is
Still you can waste their time by playing around.

Received the same message too: my email provider had wisely (and automatically) put it in the spam basket...

Just got this email too. I googled their UK address and came up with nothing, so immediately marked it as spam and deleted it.

My letter was from Anthony Scott of Cloud VP Hosting.
