Is this a spam email?

I just recieved this email, but I'm not sure if it's spam?

Generally unsolicited email is spam.

I did Google the company and the name Katrina Kaif comes up with a few negatives although the website "looks" genuine.

Whenever I see the word offer I know I didn't ask for it.
