Is there trademark problems with this

Lets say for example we take a site like PokerStars.com and someone other than pokerstars registers pokerstars.us or .mobi or Poker-Stars.com because I noticed Poker-stars.com and Doyles-room.com are parked and same for some other extensions and I was wondering is there problems if you register stuff like that and also are they valuble domains.

Definitely TM trouble, but also good ppc
