Gameboy.cc -Trademark Problems?-

I have "Gameboy.cc" and want to sell it through SEDO auction.
I never use this domain in bad manner, or not even offer this name directly to Nintendo. Do you think there is still trademark problems?

Is it positive that i redirect domain to an "Error Page" to prevent Trademark Violation?

That doesn't make it legal. You also don't know that Nintendo even knows about it...yet. Not much different than saying "People get away with stealing cars every day. Therefore, I should be able to as well?"

The .org site is careful to not show links to competitor products, which may be why Nintendo has left them alone if they know about it. If they linked to sony or MS games, it might be a different story. They may just feel like it's not worth the trouble since it's completely promoting their product. Some fly under the radar, others aren't so fortunate.

Depends on the rules of the sales site. Some let you take all the risk you want with TM questionable names. Others are afraid they might be dragged into a lawsuit by accepting it.
