Please, Is there any way to remove spam links from domains I own for flipping?

Sure. Contact the website owners and politely ask them to remove the links. However, unfortunately, most of the spam links are auto-generated, so contacting the website owners will be tremendous work and pointless.
I suggest you disavow the spam links if you consider developing the domain name and care about SEO.

Easiest way is to not host the domain it will shrivel away. The other option is to use hrefs etc to disallow. The other thing is those 1000 useless links bring more traffic than nothing at all.
