Is there any reliable cheap gTLD rigistrars?

There were some Chinese registrars offer very good prices for gTLD. But don't know why many gTLDs were ceased to registry.
i.e. .chat .today . tips .email .world .city .cool etc for about $1.5 renew fee, and many more.

Are there other cheap registrars somewhere around?

Maybe some Asians know? How about India's registrars?
I just registered 2 at http://www.west263.hk/web/price/domainpricelist.
Can't tell.
I would chose price over services, as long as it's safe.
Also I found some 5 cheap gTLDs at DreamHost. How about them?

DreamHost is a good name at hosting service. It sometimes has good domain offers but I've never used domain service here.
But I still think you can trust the company because DreamHost has many positive reviews
