discuss Is The Community Nuts? Crazy "Wholesale" Price

So been noticing some wierdness here lately, many new or never domainers who have some decent names but zero trades. Generally located outside US/Europe.... and have zero trades here.

Today was just a WTF moment for me. Messaged someone who had 3 decent names... 1 mediocre one word .com which was purchased for around $3k last year, and 2 pretty decent two word .com domains. One was purchased at auction for around $2k as per name bio, the other was not found.

So I messaged the seller... What came back made my jaw drop...

$3.6 million...

The sites were worth.... maybe $7,500 on good day and have seen far better deals here.

$3.6 million + wholesale. lol.

You know, I think Godaddy and others are charging too little for domain registrations.
