I found a domain name and i want to register it. I checked history.
5 registrar changed and 2 times dopped before.

how can i check if that domain banned at adsense or google ?

It's not worth worrying about for $7 reg fee. Just buy it and get developing. Deal with any problems as you go. Chances are that it hasn't been registered and subsequently banned from anything. Adsense is unlikely to ban your domain, they're more likely to suspend adsense on your account, they know who you are after all...
