Is Skype voip acceptable in the whois?

I just signed up for the VOIP service at http://www.skype.com 8-X

Does anyone else use it here? How do you find it? Is it reliable enough to use it as the phone number for your domain whois?

I have used Skype in the past (several years ago). I liked it then, I just now redownloaded it to see what new features they have. And you saying you used it for whois information is a great idea, I'm thinking about even doing that.

i use skype for people in the states that cannot call canada for customer service and i personally love it :D, cheap for the phone number also!

Yeah, I paid 10euros for my new number 1.928.__ :blink: It comes with voicemail service.
