They recently changed their policy regarding multiple domains, which is no longer unlimited... so if you're looking for hosting many domains, then it may be a problem if you choose the budget plans.

I've enjoyed them to date. Pretty reliable and nice techs when you need them.

So far they have been great. There have been some slow days but I cant expect much more from the budget plan. I may consider upgrading soon for that extra tech support live chat and faster service. For the price, they have a great service. I highly suggest them if you are just looking to host your own websites. I use em because I run quite a few sites and like to have the ability to expand and add more when needed and its perfect and cheap.

Which in turn is a great move to stop users abusing small accounts with thousands of domains.

If you read the thread on their forums you will see someone hosted 2,000 domains on a $5 reseller.

So i think fair is fair.

I agree ...2000 domains!!! now that is over the edge on a reseller account! I saw that post and shook my head. I am on the japan server and that hasnt gone down (knock on wood) 6 months.

Their uptime for the buget accounts is pretty good it has to be said espically for the price.

I used them, I was on the Neptune server for about 3 months first 2 months were great the next month was crappy as.. I was on a budget plan but still should of been good...

The last month the longest the server stayed up was about 4 days...
The load was at 8 constantly.. This is terrible for PHP sites...

The support always replied with the same thing... "We’re upgrading the servers soon" which never seemed to happen... Even on there arranged date the server was not updated...

In the end I was not very happy...

When you think about it the budget and normal plans should be the same reliability your paying for a small amount of space and b/w with the other plans your paying for a large bit of space and b/w... but ether way at the end of the month under 97% uptime is really bad... And that’s just the server ping not the mySQL failing and http.

I would recommend powervps.com they do reseller plans, sure there a little experience but they have the best uptime and support you think reseller zoom is good wait till you have an account with these guys :)

Go to Webhosting Talk Do a search for resellerzoom. It seems they have a very good reputation. I don't care how good a company is they will have some unhappy customers. You can't please all the people all the time. Resellerzoom however does seem to have a great reputation.

That is indeed a good point.

Me as a customer of ResellerZOOM im actually becomign annoyed by there server. The load of my server this week has been high which in turn makes my site responding very slowly.

It does become annoying and when their suppost staff basically say oh its fine now then login into WHM and checking my server status script it hasnt changed.

I know they have bought in some new rules to try and help loads but i think the email one is a bit harsh on fair users trying to run a small community.

Ive been weighing my options up about moving stilll mulling over the effects it may have.

I used them long ago, they were "ok"
however, i used them less than a month, support wasnt that good, server was slow
main problems i had with them, they did offer a 30 day money back guarentee at the time, i wasnt satisfied with them (there where a few errors happening) so I requested my account be deleted and funds returned. I only did this once, I shouldnt have to go out of my way to get my account closed.
They basically ignored my request and never gave me a refund or a reply and im still on their mailing list.. :(
however if your looking for a cheap reseller plans from a host that will probably still be here tomorrow, they may be the choice for you.

I want to note that im sure if i pushed it hard enough i would get a refund but it wasnt a big deal at the time (it was only a few bucks) so i wasnt going to waste my time over and over asking.
