Hi i got an offer to a gadget that i am selling in FaceBook Market place from an international user who i cant think of exept as a scammer
i want to go to the max with him
he asked me to give him some info so that he sends me the gadget shipping and its cost via western union
OKAY... PAYMENT INFORMATIONS NEEDED.

YOUR FULL NAME
ADDRESS
CITY
STATE
COUTRY
ZIPCODE
YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS AND YOUR PHONE NUMBER.
I WILL BE LOOKING FORWARD TO IT.
is it safe to give him my real info so that he sends the money ?
can this not be a scam ?
because he offered to send first the money via western union and i will then send the Gadget

Can he be hiding something from this offer ?
What is the worst case scenario that can happen ?

:)

Looks like a scam. Get things like this on Craigslist all the time.

but in this case i am the one who is getting paid
i am not paying anyone and the payer is happy to pay more than what the item actual price is
what might be behind this ?

IDK if this is a scam or not but honestly i would try and sell it locally. Thats the best way to avoid scams all together. Try craigslist, you will know if its a scam or not because the person will not live anywhere near you.

Yes I know you are getting paid more than the gadget is worth and also he is paying in advance before you send him the stuff. But he can be some sort of scammer who can eventually use your info for some benefit to him and a loss to you. So you are better off not falling for this even though its very tempting. Ask him if he can pay you through pay pal or something that might be a safer way. He wont have your info at all. If he agrees then send him if not then FAGATTABOUTIT.

this is what i was thinking of using my info for another evil thing
what he might make use of them
is it better to make him phone me and talk with a real man not a computer text ??
is there another payment method like western union for money transfer that doesnt required me giving info about me ?
( i cant use paypal cuz it doesnt support my country )

Honestly laptops and computers are notorious for selling for less than what you paid for them as soon as you use them. They are kind of like cars. I gurantee that the price you want for that laptop, you could prolly buy a brand new one that is better. Sorry to say that. I still say your best bet is locally, avoids scams and lets you maximize what you can get because you can actually show them whats its a capable of rather than just a picture.

i agree 100% with you but locally it will be sold so cheap i'd prefer keeping it rather than selling it because the laptop is Toshiba i am going to sell it to buy another one with similar specs but i want it to be HP
