Is it safe to give Whatsapp to potential buyers

Many potential buyers here at namepros ask to add them to Skype or WhatsApp or hangout

When I ask them to continue negotiations here at namepros only, they never reply!

Am I too suspicious? . have anyone finished good deal through WhatsApp

not necessarily a scam, but no valid reason to take it to whatsapp correct?.

too much chatter here already. Even here, its gets too much at times.

but I know there are domainer groups on whatsapp, not my thing.
