I received an inquiry from Efty on one of my domain names from someone in Italy. The person used a company email and his cell phone number. I sent him an email right away and the email hasn't been opened. That's exactly a week ago. So, yesterday, I decided to contact him through WhatsApp and didn't respond to my messages but he saw them. Now, I am beginning to wonder if contacting him through WhatsApp was a good idea? Calling him on his phone is not an option since I don't speak or understand Italian.
Has anyone ever concluded a deal on WhatsApp?

Thank you

Does the buyer speak English? If not, try translating a message through Google Translate and send it to him.

If you have given him a price and link to purchase, I would say just stay patient and maintain leverage in the negotiation since he contacted you first. :)

I am not sure if he speaks English or not but his added message to the request was in Italian and I translated it using Google. However, I sent him both email and WhatsApp messages in English. Wish I thought of translating the message through google before sending.

Thanks for the suggestion @maxtra
