Is developing domains a must?

I registered 100 domains but In order collect registration fee and make some profit is it a must to develop domain.I developed some domains but There are traffic on that. Do you collect registrartion fee without developent as some parking website it is written that there is no need to develop names at domain parking.This is a parking without need a develop domains.

It isn't a must if you registered names with traffic.

If you have parked domains that get traffic, than you don't have to develop them, though it would be prudent since you're already getting traffic!.

And then there are some domains that will probably make you a lot more money if they are developed.
