You know it's a trademark. It's a problem, some people get in trouble, some people manage to get away with it.

Yes, you know it's trademarked and Nike owns it. "nikeshoes" forwards to their website and has since 2000.

Don't buy it, it is a big trouble to buy trademarked domain. If you are catched to make damage because it is parked and shown the rival product, you will be pushed to pay a big fine for damage. Not a good choice to buy such kind of domain..
