Hello Everyone,

I own few domains that I want to sell but I want to know where can I get the maximum price of my domains. Is it good to sell my domains on EBay? Will I get the maximum price on EBay? Please suggest.

Thank You

The good thing about selling is only how much price you are getting after deduction (if any fee). Its good to evaluate your domain ist before sale

ebay is good for buying names. You might at times get some good names at bargain price... Selling seems not so good as I've seen very few names sellign for above $25..

Highly quality names - not so much.

If you are looking to clean up your portfolio or willing to take a loss and have no qualms about it then yes.

eBay is way more of a buyers market than a sellers but with 50 free listings now it does offer a possible opportunity to break even or just above the black.

ebay is great place to buy short and brandable names under 100$.

As for me, eBay just another place to promote names, just in case, but I have never expected many buyers from there. Under £100 go nicely, but more expensive names - so-so

It's a hangout for spam and junk .info's that have been registered by the thousands.

It's also a place for people to sell names they registered thinking they were going to get rich only to learn after buying it it was completely worthless and makes no sense.

Check it out, there are many times sellers trying to convince you really hard that it makes some sense or is a resaonable purchase...

Every domain name I've bought on eBay I have let drop...

I think Ebay is a good marketplace for t-shirts and car parts, but not for domains.

You can sell domains and websites on ebay, but it is not a domain name marketplace. You are better off going to a reputable domain name market like sedo or dnthrifty.com, that way you are reaching people serious about purchasing the domains you have to sell.
I think eBay is somewhat good place for website but not for domain. sedo might be good place.

I've never had much luck selling names on Ebay myself..I have found some great deals on there though.

Others on this board do sell their names there and I'm sure some do have good luck with it..Not myself though, the auctions always end with fairly low bids.
