@Joe Nichols,
500 years ago most people believed the Earth was flat...
Today a lot of people think god exists...
But the Earth is not flat and there is no any god...

You right. Europe and Asia are differents parts of world.
And Ural Mountains divide Europe from Asia.
But not as continent.
I also told, we have 6 continents: Eurasia, Africa, North America, South America, Australia+Oceania and Antarctica.
But we also have 6 parts of the world: Europe, Asia, Africa, Americas, Antactica and Australia.

You kind of cherry-picked one part of my post... The division of Europe and Asia as two continents happened hundreds of years ago. Perhaps it's not geographically accurate by today's standards, but history has led to us accepting this definition. And since there is no universally accepted definition of "continent", there's nothing to say that this is incorrect.

Those are two completely separate statements and topics that have no real business in this discussion.

You can prove the Earth is round. Can you prove that there is one universally accepted definition of what makes a "continent"?

Europe always was part of Eurasia.
They never were separeted.
But...Africa and Americas were one huge super continent, you still can see thier shapes could be used as puzzle, just look at the map.
But Europe and Asia always were the same continent....but differents cultures: european and asian...
But geographically they always were just one huge continent..

So, first quarter of 2018 is behind us and so far it's not exceptionally bad when it comes to earthquakes.
