Developing Domains - The Best Way ?

After testing Bodis, I can see that some domains will need to be developed to make good revenue. I took these expired domains and developed the content, colors and graphics using Bodis and got these results (3 1/2 months):

What do you guys recommend for developing small mini-sites. I am encouraged that I can develop these into small mini-sites and do just as well as Bodis. Can any of you guys recommend a site that has great hosting prices and multiple domains? It will need to be a great price to be profitable.

If you're starting off your hosting, Hostgator works well and you can move to one of the higher plans as your sites grow, perhaps a reseller or a plan which allows unlimited add on domains with lager space. There are so many discounts coupons around so this may help you with initial costs.

As for developing mini-sites, Wordpress I would recommend, it's easy to install from your hosting account, easily modified and customized, many templates and plugins available. Most people think that Wordpress is only for blogs but with its flexibility you can actually make sites that don't even look like blogs.
Alternatively there is HyperVRE and Website Article Wizard which gives you the ability to make mini-sites really fast. They also have modules built in to be able to implement ads like YPN, Adsense, Amazon and Ebay easily.

If you want to see an example of how HyperVRE is utilized take a look at linkroll.com, they make extensive use of it for their content pages.

For the Wordpress mini-site, hmm, you can see lusailmarina.com, just a simple one page site but it uses a paid plugin which dynamically re-writes it's content so that each time the page is visited a different and unique version of the content text is shown and this keeps the content fresh. (if you refresh the page a few times you will see that the text content will keep changing).

As for what else you will need, well content of course (i.e articles), templates (you can convert any standard template into a HyperVRE template quite easily or you can buy ready made HyperVRE templates and just do minor mods), affiliate accounts (amazon, clickbank, paydotcom, adsense, etc) , header graphics.

Suggest you download the free version and see for yourself before you make any decisions.

Did they change that? I did a test drive of the software a few months ago and at the time the free version let you use your own Adsense codes but the contextual keyword popups had embedded Clickbank and Amazon affiliate codes from whoever ("Gold" member) you got it from (served via a remotely hosted javascript program).

An example of Wordpress Blog that I use is www.collegeanalysts.com I agree that Wordpress is one of the better options as it can be easily modified to fit whatever you need. In the beginning learning how to edit the themes can be a bit tricky but once you get used to working with it I havent had any problem.

As for HyperVRE, once you upload the site, how would you be able to add new articles later? It looks like it depends on RSS feeds for the fresh content, and if you wanted to add an article, you would have to upload the file again. I guess its not a big deal.

I wonder if there's a script that dynamically rewrites content like the one unholy uses that we could put on a whypark site. And if we could find a good multiple article directory search engine, with our own keyword tool, and a good RSS feed, we could make WP into an easier to setup alternative.
