Is Brandroot accepting new sellers at this time?

Subject line says it all… does anyone know if Brandroot is accepting new sellers now? Following some older threads I can see they've been on-off about accepting new accounts.

They do accept new sellers but are quite selective.

I have tried so many times, But they did not accept. I think, we should buy an existing account.
