From what I understand, Adam still owes north of $33,000 to previous customers and business partners. As I receive more information, I will update this figure.

Your adversary may be figuring you'll be too lazy, stupid, or intimidated to properly deal with him. Don't prove him right. Once an attorney tells you your options, you can then make an informed decision.

I've reached out to him as a friend and have asked for a simple business refund w/out conditions but now it seems he wants to wrangle so he is pushing me into defending myself which I have no problem with and have plenty of money to do so.

It was mentioned earlier in the thread that member JBerryhill had done some work for AD, so idk if there would be any conflict of interest, but I do know he is one of the top attys, and a decent human being as well..

The thread has brought together a lot of public factual information about Dicker making false claims and being associated with criminal activities and elements - one example is him being involved in the mugshot removal business, a business which the FBI called extortion.

LOL, you should see some of the stuff which hasn't been shared, it hit my inbox from somebody anonymous a couple of weeks ago. What has actually been shared is tame in comparison.

I've deleted it now and certainly won't be the person publishing it, but if any of those in dispute also have this information then I hope they have it stored securely and encrypted somewhere as the ultimate trump card.

We have had 2 lawyers reject acting for us as he has used them before or is using them currently. Has anyone had a real response from his lawyer regards a payment or if he in fact acting for him (other tan sending letters)? I have written to him twice but he has failed to get back to me.

Anyone with a claim feel free to PM me to discuss joining forces, I do not want to set a class action but we could save a lot if we are all using one lawyer.

Their whole thing is nothing more than amateur work, way, way, way overpriced. Most of their websites can be made within 2-3 hours. 10K$ for 2-3 hours? That's an expensive hourly rate.
